9 Months Old

...And how the time flies! Soon she will be asking us to borrow the car!

Here is how she spent part of her nine month birthday.
Playing with Daddy when he came home from work.

Playing with the pots and pans.

Having Cake (yummy cake!).

More family Time

This time we were at Grandma & Grandpop's place for Mother's Day Brunch.

Jessica had playtime in the garden......

....and had plenty of play time with her cousins Kieran & Holly.

The Fashion Parade Continues

As you will all know by now, a friend's mum brought Jessica all this gorgeous clothing on a recent trip to the USA. Gradually we have been dressing her in them as she grows.

The following photos are her in the last of these beautiful clothes. And as predicted, she look adorable in them.

Thanks again T's mum!!

The rising cost...

Anyone noticed how the price of groceries has incerased of late. Everything is more expensive. I often wonder why one week nappies cost $38 a box, and the next, they cost $42.

Now I know why. Look what they are putting in nappies these days.

I think at $42, that's a bargain!

She looks so big

Jessica's hair is so long that it often makes her look older than she is. Now it is long enough to put into a ponytail she looks like a real grown up girl.

More cute pictures

No reason for this one other than she looks really cute.

This is her in a new beannie. It also has matching mittens for winter.

New Backpack

Mummy and Daddy want to do some more walking. They did not have an off-road pram, and Jessica was getting too big for her sling.

So they got this.

She seems to like it. We just have to have some nice weather to try it out.

Matching

Look, mummy and Jessica have matching jammies...

Freedom

Now that Jessica is crawling at a fast rate, and crusin' around the furniture we think it is only a matter of weeks until she is fully walking. To aid in her exploration of her envirnoment and to give her more chance to tire herself out (thus sleeping better), we opened up the house more.

She now has full access to the loungeroom, entry hall, kitchen and dining room. Hallway is still off limits becasue we dont want her to eat what the cat's eating (the cat food lives in our laundry). Here she is stopped at the gate

Here are some pictures of her exploration over the past 4 days.
